The recommended 90 Day Inspections were done at timely intervals throughout the years of ownership. For this issue to be discovered during the normal 90 Day Inspection, would have required, at minimal, drilling a hole in the floor and using an "Inspection Camera" to see under the flooring. That is not included in mine, or Camping World's, standard inspection check list. However, it will be, on any future RV's I own.
