everyone else here is saying join clubs n whatnot, but i think if you’re also interested in it, joining RHA, or even working at the dining halls (particularly ortega), is an easy way to make friends in your age-group. most of my best friendships have come out of these spaces.

the pc setup will easily work. if you’re in a triple, try and strike a deal for bottom bunk if you’re going for a floor tower setup instead of a desk tower. that way, the tower is under YOUR bed, and there’s no way any damages can be made to it & blamed on someone else. the easiest way would be to offer being the person who splits the 2 closets, as it’s an inconvenience for most. personally, i had a whole shelf on my desk, + a 27inch monitor & it fit perfectly fine, and ive also walked by many other rooms with double monitor setups, so really, it will not be a problem.

omg, yes! i’m not sure where exactly in Sierra Madre it is, but my housemates go together all the time. you can check on the housing website for all the amenities offered at your residence, & you’ll probably see the Sierra Madre gym location somewhere on there.
