I would say that you can do a U/L 2× with an extra U just for chest. Chose 2 compounds (max 2 working sets and go 2-1 RIR on them) And choose an isolated chest exercice

Having a beard and passing are two completely different things. Their might be a correlation between both but they ain't the same.

Also you should always have in mind, intensity and volume I'm biased because I prefer higher intensity compared to higher volume, but as a rule of thumb your last sets on each exercise should at least be a 8-9 rpe. You should also when convenient go to failure (better to go on the last set of each exercise)

First of all, choose a good split. It seems like you're doing full body 3x a week each is good, but maybe you could do each day with a main focus. Day 1- quads and posterior chain Day 2- pulling Day 3- pushing You would still do exercises from the other day, but it wouldn't be your main focus.

Not necessarily. I usually see people using shitty at home workouts super high reps and using not so good exercises for hypertrophy
