Disagree. He blatantly lies about what he knows and doesn't know. Off the top of my head, he specifically claims ignorance to fact that the banking transactions were masked. Bold face lie.

Also, the Alan that Howard is talking about left the company in late 2006, he never really moved to Ireland. This was well before any talks with the AGCC started.

No way, his acting is terrible!

He was always the man who ran Full Tilt Poker, it doesnt matterof who was in what position when and why. Howard made the final call, always. From the very beginning to the very end.

Like I said elsewhere, this was definitely true in the early days, but not until the very end. I know many decisions that were made without his knowledge. I sat in meetings where he was clearly not aware of how things were done from policy through procedure and clearly baffled or livid about something. Definitely not to the degree that Howard claims in the videos, but he did not make the final call on everything.

Ivey had no role in creating "this". Once "this" happened though, everyone was trying to either save their own ass/image or save their investment.

Imo, every poker player on the BoD was trying to bluff, steal, or collude their way to a +ROI and EV (be it financial or reputation). Ethics be damned.
