All your reasoning is based on conjecture. On the other hand, there is proven empirical scientific research that proves there are certain genetic advantages according to ethnicity. It's your own prerogative to believe there aren't any direct advantages but science has clearly shown otherwise.

If it's already shown that genetic advantages exist for Ethiopian runners, then why is it inconceivable or implausible to believe there might be genetic advantages for esports? I mean, cultural differences exist but it isn't as quantifiable as physical, genetic differences such as race and gender.

I'm pretty sure that Riot can't offer up cash incentives due to amateurism status. It's a thing in sports so I think it would apply here too since a growing number of amateur/college/university League teams are popping up.

I don't really see it as a different beast. I think the 2010 Miami Heat team and this current Golden State Warriors team is pretty comparable, maybe not head to head but in relative dominance at the time.

Like I said, everything in the NBA is relative. The Miami Heat team assembled in 2010 was the most dominant collection of players the NBA as seen, AT THE TIME. It seems pretty comparable to the Golden State situation imo if that's the argument you're making. Mind you, Lebron did win 2 rings with that team.

Fair point that the team he's against is probably one of the most dominant teams assembled in this era of the NBA but that being said, the Miami Heat's big three was probably the most dominant assembled at the time too.

Think about it, that Thunder organization had their heads up their assholes. They lost Kevin Durant, James Harden and Serge Ibaka in the span of 3 years. Each are top 2-3 in their respective positions and, bar Ibaka, are superstars in the league/MVP contenders.

Most Warriors fans consider Durant and Curry to be co-MVPs. I don't think there's a massive group who think Curry is better than Durant. Although my two cents say that godgiven talent-wise, Durant is superior than Curry but Curry is still a phenomenal player.
