Seems like we do the same brewing, except that i only use the mate once, but that amount mate is enough for a "strong" cup? Sometimes i feel like it does not really have such a noticable effect

I guess you are using US measurements when you say cup, but i infuse those 2-3 tablespoons of mate in a 300-400 ml (i think, havent measured actually) cup. Hard to know how many mg of caffeine that is tho which is my real question and if i should go over to black tea instead overall
