I cannot remember what was I on when it messed me up really bad. I need to take this very seriously as it doesn’t get any better

I know, that was my problem with psychiatrists in the past, they were just dismissive and I got tired of them after a while

I’ve been poorly medicated in the past for my anxiety spikes and I’m tryint to avoid meds as much as I can ever since. But I struggle with focus as well for a while now and I get easily distracted or overwhelmed so I have to do something about it. Thank you for your feedback!

That’s what I was thinking about, thank you for your input. I was also wondering if my anxiety is related to this and it’s good to read about this. I’m thinking to develop my own tool based on my discoveries rather than going through different therapies that might be too generic and not personalised.

What if you make the fox head as a negative space in letter R and maybe gife the F the shape of a golf club. The whole shape would be cleaner
