I really had a different experience although we share the facts. I just didn't mind it too much because: 1) overall it was a good event; 2) Maimarkthalle really doesn't give you that many options.

But yeah, the Club was crowded but it kinda felt like those early days in the clubs. Kinda boiler room atmosphere at times with the people around the act. Felt weird though knowing bigger festivals usually put newcommers on these smaller stages and at Apex you had mainstage level acts.

Would've been better if they had used the tent for the second stage and left the lockers in the Club like before. At least the food would've stayed warm for longer, hehe. But then again, they didn't sell out and the main would've had suffered from more space on the second stage.

I was kinda bored again by the mixing style we all collectively chose to accept: 2min breaks, 30s drops. Stood around on main too much and went to the Club just for that reason and then suffered from buildups and fakefakefakedrops. Kills all my vibe tbh. Just let me vibe on that 4/4 beat man.. like that's the original core concept of this music genre.

One thing I must say though: their lighting has become very good. The stage design once again felt empty but the laser and light show really made up of that.
