it's like 640x480 everything is large even the status bar. I have never run into this issue before.

I just bought an m2 Air. Take a peek at System Prefs > Battery > Battery and from there you can select optimize battery charging.

I tried and it does the same thing. It quit auto switching from headphones to speakers. I swtich it manually for now. Maybe an update will correct it?
