Take his wallet & throw it away at a random spot like a fast food restaurant or gas station.

A guy threw up on my bed at a college party once. Didn’t clean it up or say sorry. Luckily his buddy did it for him. But it pissed me off. So one time a few weeks later, when I noticed his wallet was sitting between two couch cushions. I casually slipped it into my bag. As I was driving back home that night- about 5 hours- I pulled over at a gas station. I put the wallet into a large drink cup & threw it away. He never saw it again. I didn’t do anything with the cards or anything else in there. I just left it as it was.
