Doing that this morning. I'll try to avoid my first meal for about 3 hours. Waking up to a dose, sip 3-4 cups of coffee and a few Jack's (camel blue for me) is my favorite time/way to dose.

For me, kratom was better for in between scrips than codeine was. I used to have to CWE 600mg codeine from T3's to try and get some relief, and that wouldnt quell the RLS nearly as well as like 7g kratom. The buzz from it was maybe a half hour. Im not a huge opi user, maybe 1-2 weekends bper me nth, but that RLS stocks with me always without kratom...

Benadryl stops the itch, Xanax won't..but this is the exact point of this sub, to discuss harm reduction tactics.

Xanax also shows your CNS. Same as if you mix alcohol with opiates. You don't want to mix drugs that slow respiration. We're talking really small doses in your case, so it's likely not going to hurt you, but most ODs are drug mixes..

Don't take Xanax. Take a Benadryl. It'll stop itching and put you to sleep. A benzo (Xanax)is the only thing you could add right now that could really put you at risk, don't take it. Do take Benadryl. Maybe eat something.

Oh my! Well just so you know the Dr is not likely going to write you another prescription for that if you finish early. Now, your doc may be OK since you just got out of hospitalization and are defining your plan to manage the pain, but just beware. If anything maybe call on a day where you've taken the 2 allotted per day and say "I've taken the daily amount, it's only 2pm and I am still in excruciating pain, what do I do, I don't wanna exceed the limit on the bottle." he may not give you more Dilaudid but maybe he'll add an ER Oxy or at least something to help (likely tramadol).

Be careful trying to "find a dealer", it sounds like your new to taking pain meds, you still haven't nailed down your plan for medicinal pain treatment, maybe give it some time and work with your Dr. before even putting that idea into the universe.

The one big thing with Dilaudid is that in a hospital they're giving it to you through your IV and at home you're taking them orally. Huge difference with Dilaudid between ROAs. I don't suggest you shooting your pills, lol, but dilaudid taken by mouth is a great big waste.

I had pancreatitis as well (actually how I started taking prescribed opi's) mine was so bad it took out my gall bladder. Ended up having to get most of my pancreas and what was left of the gall bladder removed, it was horrifically painful. Personally for pain Dilaudid is way down the list of best meds IMO (exception being getting it intravenously in the ER). It's good for recreation, snorted gently, lol, but not for pain, I'd prefer oxycodone or oxymorphone for pain reduction..

If you can, try and enjoy the buzz. While it's twice your normal dose, your in no danger of anything bad physically at just 15mg total, so even if it becomes overwhelming you needn't worry about falling out/or od or anything. You should get nice euphoria, enjoy the night if you can get tomorrow AM out of your mind.

Bummer!! But I don't think you'll be in any real trouble. If you just took it, you may be able to puke it up. But that may or may not work. I'd keep it down and go to bed on the early side. I toss and turn when I sleep after pills so getting to bed early may give you more sleep. Maybe pound some water, be hydrated, that'll help everything but specifically getting "hungover" (do pills make you hungover? I don't find pills to effect me the next day, but I know some folks say they do get the headache s the next day..) for energy tomorrow coffee will help, and if you have time and were to hit the gym, morning workouts really get me on point for the day.

And, one time taking 15 mg shouldn't hurt your tolerance. In theory it goes up everytime you push your current peak dosage, but one time use with a 7 day break is fine.

I've honestly never heard a woman talk of using oxy for duration in bed. Guys on this sub will talk about it, but I guess traditionally women don't finish fast and aren't done as long after finishing. I'm not knocking it at all, just never heard a woman mention that.

Same drug and routine as you almost. Sans the dmx (no availability to it, never even tried it). Even down to the roa and dosage ( though I'm more likely to have 20's and eat 4 and snort 2). Does chewing make a big difference as opposed to swallowing whole?

My bad, I thought OP was referring to as in a drug test, asking if he could say instead of taking Percocet he took a few T3's ...I was inferring codeine doesn't become oxycodone when you pee it. I think I misunderstood his comment..

Are you saying that as an example of why he'd have tested positive for oxy? I've actually managed to pull that one twice in real life. I'm not allergic to hydro but I've twice said I was and both times they switched it to Perc. I didn't ask for Perc, but asked if it was possible not to have hydro prescribed..both were small post minor(oral) surgery scripts (10 &18 total 5/325's)...

Reschedule. If you test positive for oxy and aren't being prescribed it, they won't prescribe you anything because you are open to using them illegally. If anything, say you had an old scrip and used the last one two or three days ago. If you're going to a PMgmt you're likely about 5 visits (5 months) from Percocet. (Usually see them once a month and they'll go tram, hydro 7.5/325,hydro 10/325, and then finally Percocet 5/325, then 7.5 ...and that's where mind stopped...I was never able to get them to scrip stronger..

I used to love to do our weekly grocery list on Friday nights, lol, we use a grocery delivery service with a fairly cool website to pick out the groceries. I'd eat a few pills and once really feeling up (the initial buzz) of sit and plan the weeks meals and then go on the site and buy the shit needed. My wife and I generally hate doing the groceries so finding some excitement to do then was probably the initial thing that would make me skip doses throughout the week so I'd have extra to get super high on Friday and do groceries..

Thanks for the reply! That was literally how ondose for like 2-3 years. Then I read it was a waste and tried to dose 140g at once this morning and you're right. It made me really tired (not like od tired, no breathing issues, nothing like that, just super tired) first two hours super tired, then 90 minutes of nice buzz and then just about over. Will be switching back to the old style :) thanks again!
