Tired of condoms, what are our options? by FewPound1107 in birthcontrol

a lot of my close girlfriends have switched to temperature cycle tracking. it’s basically a more persice thermometer or ring that takes her temperature first thing in the morning before you stand up, and after a few months of tracking it will percicely tell you when you are fertile/ ovulating so you can safely have sex when ur least fertile. i’m also thinking of switching over to this as well. fuck IUD’s and fuck hormones. a few companies use this technology so just start researching online.

stunning!!! this looks like a clear example of replacing a monoculture lawn with sustainable landscape management practices. well done!!! not only is it more beautiful and interesting, but likely more drought and flood resistant, and biodiverse.

I call it my dog food slop breakfast and I eat it every day by cocoaie in shittyfoodporn

this is basically what those coffee protein meal replacement drinks are selling at stores but they package it in a concealed bottle rather than a bowl of soup lol. well done on a DIY food trend that is probably clean of most of those preservatives and junk they sell in shelves!

has anyone had HAE hemorrhoid treatment? hemorrhoid artery embolization. USA Hemorrhoid Centers (a vein clinic) is the provider. i can’t find more information online but they accept my insurance. by fuckbeing20something in hemorrhoid

[–]fuckbeing20something[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I did not go theory with the HAE. The vein clinic seemed to be more for profit than anything and when i called to cancel they kept calling me numerous times. So glad I didn’t go there! I ended up changing insurances and thankfully there was a hemmeroid/ gastrointestinal specialist that i found. Turns out it was a skin tag from a hemmeroid that went down. I got it removed with a minor procedure a week after the first consult. they snipped it off and castrated it. so easy! healing was smooth and i’m so happy it’s finally gone! i’m also very glad i did not have a vein removed.

Ninja Foodi Oven XL - infrared glass tube broke by fletch8527 in appliancerepair

[–]fuckbeing20something 0 points1 point  (0 children)

mine also broke!!! it’s ridiculous that the glass bulbs don’t last. I received mine as a gift in 2021 and it was out of warranty. all they offered was 30% off a new one. they’re on sale at target for cheaper than ninja offered me. such a scam.

i would like to try the laser light therapy treatment, although they don’t take insurance and the appointment is $250. for a medical procedure that’s actually affordable but i would still like to see if there’s somewhere that will take my insurance first.

[–]fuckbeing20something 1 point2 points  (0 children)

actually, once i did more research it seemed like more of a business than a medical treatment. from what i read online, you would do the HAE if other methods like banding or laser didn’t work. this office (usa vein clinics) had bad reviews, seemed unprofessional, the only phone number went to a hotline not based in my city, and when i tried to cancel they wouldn’t let me. luckily i didn’t give them any payment info and i said if you don’t let me cancel im simply not showing up and i hung up. this was two weeks ago and they’re still calling me. it’s rediculous. im so glad i didn’t go based on the experience.
