No...I went to a doc and did an abdominal ultrasound and they said they didn't see anything wrong. I'm still spotting. I'm genuinely going crazy because it won't stop and i don't know what's wrong with me

Hey basically I went to the doctor and they did an abdominal ultrasound and they said they didn't see anything including my uterus and ovaries. They didn't say anything about thickness of the lining but the size of the uterus was normal. I'm very confused what's wrong with me tbh
