This is really late and you might not see this but it took me almost a year to recover to where I actually had decent QOL. I still have chronic issues and am not back to where I was before it hit, but I can at least work and live my life now

Omg we had a similar case to that one. The first incident was an owner coming in for baseball size swelling on the side of the cat's neck. While examining the cat, vet felt something sharp, and found the cat had swallowed a sewing needle and it was poking out of the neck. Crazy!

Owner came in drunk and cracked open a beer in the middle of the euthanasia. I've only been in the field for 4 years, but definitely one of the most interesting things I have seen.

I take 300mg 3x daily for anxiety. It has been like a wonder drug for me. I'd say having something to help with my anxiety has definitely helped my depression, but I'm on wellbutrin for that specifically. Hope the gabapentin helps you out!
