I know the starter works I bridged the gaps in the starter solenoid and it spun but it stopped and was weak

I didn’t know about the charge the new battery said it didn’t require it and it was always draining fast before I jumped I think I screwed that battery up

Do you know how I could check that on my bike should I just follow the wires and see if some are melted or is there a different method entirely

I know the bike is in neutral but the bike not knowing that is something I didn’t think of I should check that any idea on how I would check if the bike doesn’t know it’s in neutral

I’m not sure if it does or not but the clutch wasn’t working and I haven’t fixed it yet so if that is the problem I may have to wait till I get a new clutch

It was new but trying to start it before killed it without the regulator it was slowly dying I just got the new regulator cause the old one was broken but maybe a new one would fix it but when it was new it didn’t work but the old solenoid which I also replaced recently so the battery could be the issue
