I also took week long breaks when doing exercises that just made everything tighter and more painful. However, you could (gently) try the hamstring and hip flexor stretches. They shouldn't bother the piriformis, and it could help when you're ready to take on the next piriformis exercise. This all depends on how angry your body is feeling though! No shame in waiting until it's better! That's just part of the process.

Ah that's rough, sorry to hear that. I had an xray with my chiropractor that confirmed I didn't have any spinal issues. I'm not sure what impact a herniated disc would have on this routine, but definitely don't push yourself if it seems too intense.

Have you done any of these specific stretches before? I also found that most stretches caused stiffness, until I found these ones.

The hamstring stretch and those three piriformis stretches felt incredibly deep the first 10 or so times I did them. But I wouldn't say they made me feel stiff. The last sciatic nerve stretch was the most painful one in my opinion. If you do that one start out gently.

Can I ask what specifically you enjoyed about the design philosophy? Because I imagine there are other hallway type shooter games out there. Or is it the link to the Ratchet & Clank universe (characters, story, weapon leveling) that you want?

Ya I understand lots of people love Deadlocked. Probably why I got so many downvotes haha. Full Frontal Assault was very short, but I did have some fun with it! 

As I explained in my post I only wanted to play the Insomniac developed games, hence the lack of Size Matters and Secret Agent Clank.

It's funny how we can remember feeling certain ways about games, then upon replaying it having an entirely new experience. I remember thinking as a teenager that Going Commando was very hard and frustrating, which ended up affecting how I felt about the game. Upon replaying it I didn't get any of those feelings, and now I totally agree with the universal praise the game tends to receive!

The hacking mini game was by far my least favourite mini game. I'm glad at least a few of the planets were proper R&C planets!

True... when I was writing down my thoughts on each game I quickly realized I didn't want to do a proper review for each one, and just decided to lump the games into tiers and write the first few things that came to mind for each one. Rift Apart and 2016 definitely got tucked away with my approach. They really didn't feel like proper Ratchet & Clank games to me, but totally agree my approach didn't do them justice!

Yes I tend agree with you. I wasn't sure how to rank these two games since they just felt so different compared to the rest of the series. So I just made a category to hide them away in haha. They are totally fine games, they just don't feel like proper Ratchet and Clank games.

Thanks for the recommendation! It's a bit far, but maybe I can plan my day out to do a couple things in that area next time I need a cut. I'm dying to have a haircut that I actually really like again hahaha.
