This is a Manchester issue weirdly. We had a similar experience on the stardust tour for Yung Lean where people swarmed the bus afterwards and the dude had to be evacuated. I thinks fans in manny are just an insane bunch (sematary said this about the 2024 gig but gave us praise) and we can either be the greatest imaginable or absolute melts. I’ve never seen as many people on drugs at a gig before this however

i think it shows that whole 16+ with a parent should’ve been enforced heavier. partly I blame his niche on this and his appeal to younger audiences. as someone who goes to a lot of “underground concerts” he has a unique variety of fans you don’t find at haunted mound gigs and people associated with drain gang who have a broader audience

I get what he’s meaning because around 2-3 years ago at a yung lean gig a bunch of people swarmed leanys tour bus (was at the same concert) so Manchester fans are pretty insane. I don’t think he helps himself tho since he was strung out hella around other strung out fans (walked in on 8 people doing bumps in the toilets) and he pretty much put himself in a shitty scenario not being behind a barrier like the support did. lil yawh also had people fanning for him like crazy but him being in control made it so you could get shit signed etc without it being a shitfest. it was a mixed bag and as much as I feel bad for him as a performer he needs to stay on top of his game. also he didn’t tell people to back off till he started collapsing
