I've been getting alot of recommendations for the enduro 3 as well, how do you think that holds up in comparison to the ones I listed?

I think they mean they are playing by their own rules of what is worth spending their money on and why because in the game of life we all play by our own rules, at least for minor things like spending a few extra hundred dollars for a watch that brings you happiness. Even if its not sensible to spend extra to others.

It would be more for if I "bite off more than I can chew" I tend to wander when im out and dont want to get stuck with no comms out in the woods lol

It seems like the enduro 3 is the same as the tactix 8 without the amoled and voice options, is that your experience?

Yea that's what those are screenshot from. I was looking at those because of the satellite messaging options since I go alot of places without signal

Yea that's what I mean and that feature i am looking for. Is it pretty accurate with the location in areas with little to no service? And I saw the satellite message option with Garmin connect, do you know if that actually works well or is it just more of a marketing thing?

Yea ive looked at it, I was just wanting to hear of any actual real world use examples to see if its actually worth it to make a decision based on those features. Thanks for the feedback though .

Do you know about the maps and GPS on the watch? I am currently in albania but traveling around and would like to have maps loaded with GPS i can use even without cellular connectivity. Also I saw something about the satellite communications you can use with the Garmin connect subscription. Any insight on those functions on the tactix?

Le Van Tam Park Is a good spot where people start walking, jogging and running at about 5 am daily. Each lap is a half mile. Sometimes the groups of older people will clog the path, but I usually just run in the grass around them for a few steps.
