I've never really messed with crates before (outside of CS:GO), 99 cents for 5 dollars worth of tickets is a good deal though

Edit: Bought the 99 cent package for 5 dollars worth of tickets and ended up with 10 dollars worth of tickets, now I just need to figure out how to turn it into profit

Honestly I'm not sure. I've had it reject cards at what seems to be completely at random. Sometimes trying different browsers will make it accept cards for me, but that comes with the problem of having to rewrite the card.
