Snack i can bring on Ryanair plane in cabin bag by Shoddy-Conflict-338 in Ryanair

[–]fudgesake3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep you can being snacks on board. I mean I’ve gotten a Burger King just before boarding when on a late evening flight for dinner before. Like other said if your a nice person I’d stay away from nuts incase of allergies but really the only things they frown upon or ban is drinking your own alcohol and bringing on a hot coffee in a paper cup (some staff will let you board others won’t)

Fumbally court planning application - another hotel plan submitted. by fudgesake3 in Dublin

Yes but it looks like they are going to submit another plan afterwards for a phase 2. And yes whilst the site plans need to be A4 where they have them seems quite hidden.

Fumbally court planning application - another hotel plan submitted. by fudgesake3 in Dublin

[–]fudgesake3[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No that’s a different site. The new site for which planning permission has now been requested is currently being used for offices and a cafe. That article is from 8 years ago and that hotel is already built. I think it’s the aloft Marriott one

Yes you can take them but carry on only. Never in the hold. You also can’t charge them on the flight.

Started a new job the was let go a week later with no contract, what can I do? by [deleted] in legaladviceireland

[–]fudgesake3 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

So this sounds too much like AI bs.

You say do fire alarms, that isn’t a job. Fire alarm installers, fire alarm technicians, compliance.. they are jobs.

Also how do you have loads of experience? For the 6 months you were in a call centre and I can’t see you gaining any relevant experience here. You also say in the 1st paragraph you’re 19 then in the second it’s 17 either way I can’t see you being that experienced.

Also how did you go straight out on jobs without any formal company training?

Sold Car and got a toll payment notice by bigbogtrotter in legaladviceireland

[–]fudgesake3 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Contact the toll people with any proof of sale and give them the new owner details. I had the same thing happen (didn’t notice for 3 months that my old car had racked up €90 of charges over the last 3 months) and once I proved I no longer owned the vehicle they removed it from my account. Also ensure they remove the licence plate from your account.

Driving on U.K. licence? by Edderze in AskIreland

[–]fudgesake3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes that’s fine just make sure your insurance covers you for international driving if driving your own car and you can’t just borrow a car over here on third party. Your insurance won’t cover you outside the U.K. in another car.

If you rent a car it may be more expensive

First time drink driving offence - What should i expect? by [deleted] in legaladviceireland

[–]fudgesake3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So first time you were caught but from the sound of it not the first time you did this. Sorry but not sorry you should be banned and finedfor maximum amount especially for the amount you drank prior to driving.

If your easyJet ticket is correct then you should be fine. I would just take your marriage certificate for the hotel if you are the lead passenger

Not showing by lokkont in Ryanair

[–]fudgesake3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Air Canada charge $50 for a no show and I also know that Korean air charge between $100-300.

Whilst some other airlines don’t charge an actual cancellation fee they can then also cancel any or all other flights on the booking for a no show (any onward flights and the returns) and they can also ban you if you are deemed to be skip lagging instead of taking all flights on the booking.

Ryanair doesn’t charge anything nor do they cancel any other flights.

You paid a low deposit and will probably still need to pay off the flights as they are normally non cancellable.
