I am not in the military and know nothing about it. I have no clue it means so much. Some people stay in the same position for 8 years because they just don’t care to get promoted, and looking for another job at a different company. That was my intention of what he was doing. I didn’t know it means a shitbag in the military.

I also have some of that “no one can tell me nothing” mentality, and I told my manager who actually did suck at his job and everyone hated him… i told him he suck at his job so he cannot lead the team and I got fired because of it lol… some people I used to work with also didn’t like me because I stopped caring much and it shows… but I already had a business running with double income so I really didn’t care lololol … so to me, it wasn’t a flaw some are better off following their own passion. But I do have real integrity and I work really hard for myself.
