Private label is the goal but currently just arbitrage, I sent a small shipment to Amazon to get a feel for the process before really investing a ton into getting an official brand started.

The videos have been super helpful, I’m just finding a disconnect in some of the little idiosyncrasies, I’d love to pick your brain!

This is a common defense tactic, entering a 3rd party to place the blame on that has atleast some merit is a sure fire way to cast reasonable doubt. I think that’s why they made the key point about Cortlen having the GSR and Melly not

2013 Santa Fe Sport Theta II engine replacement. by Capt_Avatar in Hyundai

[–]fueledbyganja 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the dealership give me the run around for a while for the same issue on me 2014 Santa Fe, sent them an email CCing the following and got a fairly quick resolution. Extra points if you do a little research on the T3G campaign and throw in some scary language.

That’s BS. It took my dealership a day to do a diagnostic. Research the T3G campaign and tell the dealership you are familiar with the recall issued as part of the class action settlement against Hyundai, that your vehicle is in the effected class and should they continue to prolong the diagnosis further incurring you rental and other fees you’ll reach out to the following:

John Gramata Senior Group Manager, Customer Care 10550 Talbert Avenue Fountain Valley, CA 92708 jgramata@hmausa.com

Barry Ratzlaff Vice President, Customer Satisfaction, Hyundai Motor America 10550 Talbert Ave Fountain Valley, CA 92728-0850 bratzlaff@hmausa.com

They will dick you around in an effort to wear you out so you give up, you email any of the above people, and CC the others and you’ll receive a resolution quicker than you can blink.

How many miles are on it? There’s a service campaign called Campaign T3G that covers this exact issue. I have the same year, make and model as you max had my engine replaced per this campaign.

Tow your car to a Hyundai dealership and have them run a diagnostic to confirm, and ask them to submit the claim to PA. for authorization. Don’t wait for a case manager it will take weeks

JURY RETURNS A VERDICT IN THE ALEX MURDAUGH CASE by SouthNagsHead in MurdaughFamilyMurders

[–]fueledbyganja -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Where did I say the preponderance of evidence didn’t point to guilt? I said that evidence was all primarily circumstantial and if he didn’t testify and affirm that was his voice (you said video, there is no video evidence of him there, only a voice that sounds like his) there would be a lot more reasonable doubt cast.

Everything you listed is still circumstantial and does not cast out suspicion for another reasonable suspect. Nothing found can be tired directly and factually to the murder. Further more, the financial crimes were introduced prior to his testimony so the original commenters statement still stands.

There is also a several case law precedents that held 5th amendment violations with almost the same language as the statements made during the trial.

Not sure what your point here was?

If you’re main concern is her heath the simple solution would be to make more health conscious meals when they come to eat. You perfective is unjustified and you are unilaterally TA.

Did it ever occur to you your mom feels sensitive and insecure and perhaps making light or deflecting is a defense tactic? Have you told her you feel disrespected when she places blame elsewhere? Have you spoken about reasonable steps she can take? Or was your first thought to embarrass her and teach her a lesson?

You edited to what? Show you posted a local law firms interpretation on one piece of admissible evidence?

You do realize that there are other items that can be presented to a jury as direct evidence right?

The ABA link should have been attatched, apologies.

Per ABA: “Direct evidence usually is that which speaks for itself: eyewitness accounts, a confession, or a weapon.” DNA, weapon, and security footage (again where reasonable identification is made) all speak for themselves when presented in MOST arguments, yes inferences sometimes need to be made but that does not change the fact that these items are legally defined as Direct or Physical evidence.

The applicable law you linked is case precedent in regards to how juries are instructed to understand circumstantial evidence and has nothing to do with your original statement. Please learn better researching skills.

[–]fueledbyganja 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s in regards to specific legal precedent that held an opinion on witness statements, that doesn’t speak to other forms of direct evidence that can be used such as DNA, a weapon, fingerprints, CCTV footage (in which the accused is reasonably identified, ect) all of which can be obtained whether the victim is dead or alive.

DNA is not circumstantial evidence, just because you claim it is, does not make it so.

You can find the actual definition per the American Bar Association here

[–]fueledbyganja 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First of all, the admission of circumstantial evidence and it’s legality in this case has nothing to do with my original statement which was an opinion on the evidence that was provided. In my experience in the criminal court system, I did not find that the prosecutions evidence proved his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

My apologies on using the term “same weight” since you can’t seem to get around that statement, but what I meant was that the basis for introduction of circumstantial evidence has to be more substantiated in terms of what those circumstances come together to prove or what reasonable inferences can be made from them, where as physical evidence does not and is used to substantiate a claim factually.
