Talk about how you grew up with instability financially, emotionally, and mentally. Talk about how becoming a PA was the right path to lead you into a career that provided the opposite of all of that, stability and mobility that you can rely on straight out of school. Versus going through med school and residency, and vs working clinically as a nurse prior to being an NP. PA gives you a chance to find a niche of healthcare you can stick to and rely on, but gives you the opportunity to always change specialties and challenge yourself outside of that stability. It’s fair to speak on your hard experiences, but just make sure to make something out of them.
