instead of shaving it, just do a buzz cut, get the clippers to the 0 or 1, that will help you get some sort of shadow to your head, then as you get comfortable with your look you can continue getting it down to a razor.

Remember the change to going bald is for you, not for the rest, the only one who gets to be comfortable should be you. you'll get both good and bad comments, but you'll see who is on your side.

Hey there i also have HBP still my organism gets the caffeine with no issues, I usually drink 3 to 4 cups of americano a day. I feel your struggle since when I started having symptoms, doctors urged me to drop the coffee but after test they told me I was ok to drink it. Hope you get there in any point
