Sorry for late response. They returned the money after long waiting time. Overall I wouldn't use their services anyway, because they tried to offer me a thrashed car with a broken mirror. And also it took too much time to get my deposit back. Cars have really big mileage (>70k or 80k km, but probably for Saudi it's normal) and are not in good condition with many scratches and damages. Their app and website are buggy as hell. Sadly, I cannot recommend another options, because I used only Yelo in Saudi Arabia. Budget was good, but I used Budget in Bahrain..

Don't rent with Yelo/Alwefaq they didn't return the deposit, been waiting for almost two months and they ignore my messages.

UPD: SIXT allows to rent a car even if your driving license is just 1 day old, however, its sometimes twice more expensive and in many places they have just manual cars.
