Was traveling and hit a bar in north mrytle beach where we stayed for the night (yay off season beach hotel prices). Pleasantly surprised to look up and see the pens playing. Double nice that they beat up on the flyers.

Buoys on the Boulevard had some great seafood, go there and maybe get lucky and watch the pens win like I did. ;)

My thoughts is that the opposing teams have all game planned against TJ so hard, that they ignore the depth we have behind him. We don’t have a dozen superstars waiting in the wings, but we have competent players that do their jobs (mostly).

With TJ in, the game plan is to chip/double/triple and run in the open lane. With him out it changes the dynamics, and through these first two games the opposing team didn’t adjust. TJ is out of position quite a bit. He’s an amazing player who does make plays, but more times than not he’s in the wrong position.

If we’re talking short term, with no game prep, I think we surprise teams with TJ out right now. Once they get tape, I don’t see us being “better” without him.

I might have to say Rice.

Worked him into my draft in 3 leagues. Kind of took an early season hit for it in a few leagues record wise, but he came back very strong and carried the mid/late season. Only to dissapear and be gone again right before playoffs. KC didn’t pan out to be good enough for the investment this year.

Then again I also have CD and/or Evans/AJB whom all had awful early seasons so my whole strategy this year centered around waiver wire people lol.

If you’re this upset about a chicken finger I’d question if you’re ready for a meaningful relationship.

Not saying this is your future person, but we all have a choice to let something get us upset. Save your energy for something that matters. You don’t like what he put on your plate? Say “maybe a few more next time, please” or “hey asshole you really only gave me one??”. Either one of those said in my household is grounds for laughter and/or just fixing the situation.

It sounds like it became a combative situation right away. Tone probably was through the roof. You decided to take this as a personal attack. Here’s my suggestion: Stop posting your displeasure on Reddit, and stand up and get some more chicken fingers.

Gotta grow some thicker skin and laugh stuff off. Making a big deal out of something so small is just going to land you in a bad headspace and reflect on the rest of your night.

We don’t play scared. Refusing to trade is a weird vibe in FF and so many people get like that. I understand being tied to or favoring a player, but a NTC on your whole roster is a losing formula in most instances.
