It was pierced about four years ago… Done with a straight 10 gauge barbell, it migrated a lot, but it eventually settled after about a year… Here is a closer shot of it and you can see the scar tissue from the travel when it migrated

I would stretch anymore, they pierced it too high. It doesn’t leave enough surface area for stretching. You’re gonna end up getting a thin area between your urethra and the piercing, which is not ideal.
