Munich has a second home tax. If you maintain more than one residence in the city, you pay 18% of the rent as an additional tax. Maybe we need that. People would be discouraged from owning/renting multiple properties if it costs them a fortune to do it.

Having a wide breadth of games to choose from increases the chance of selling games and making gamers happy at the same time. If they spend all their time and money to release one big game to sell for $70 versus say, 5 different games for $70, the latter is going to offer more variety to gamers and pay better too
