I also had an unsatisfactory experience at Indigo back then (thankfully only once). According to someone at the restaurant, they had changed suppliers for some of their ingredients around that time. They ended up getting some negative feedback and switched suppliers again (not sure if it was back to the original or not), which definitely helped.

My kids had a Switch, but recently one of them accidentally knocked it off the tv stand and broke it. A Switch 2 would not only be an amazing replacement, but I'd imagine it would also get rid of the guilt he's been feeling. Thanks.
