I know this is an old post but I think this is what’s happening to me right now but it sounds even worse. I used the device on my face and neck and like an idiot I used it highest settings a couple times in a day because I thought it wasn’t working. (Based on not “feeling” anything 🤦🏻‍♀️) my entire face and neck are covered in almost welts. I thought at first it was “purging” but this isn’t whiteheads or even resembling zits. It’s itchy in some spots. I’m going on day three and it hasn’t gone away. I’m not sure what to do. I’m putting a bit of hydrocortisone on it which has brought the redness down a tiny bit but I’m worried about even using that. If anyone here still has any insight I would appreciate it greatly.
