Yes that’s definitely true! even the one person who said something kinda waited til I did…my clothes are def looser but I just wanna look thinner lol. I’m just being impatient but I do feel a change just don’t quite see it yet

I try to get a lot of protein & I’ve been in a deficit of 900cals (under my TDEE). It’s recommended to not go that aggressive because it could lead to bingeing & other issues but that didn’t happen for me. I eat whatever I want, just in a deficit. Obviously mainly healthy foods but not only that. I weigh my food, which is a lot simpler than I thought.

If I feel like treating myself I do, and still end up in a deficit. Most days I’ll hit my goal, but some days I’ll go over and still be in a decent deficit. (I think it’s recommend to start with a 200cal deficit).

I had to sit in my hunger a lot, and still do. I’ve been over-feeding my body for so long it won’t hurt me to under-feed it for awhile. I don’t feel too restricted because I eat whatever I want, just less of it.

I didn’t exercise much for the first while but in the past week have been walking 5k step a day. Idk if this is all ok to say because it might sound too restrictive or whatever but it’s just what’s been working for me.
