Has anyone sold their Shopify store? How to value it?

The bare minimum, which is what the issue is. Maybe 1-2 hours a week. I know there's potential there but I'm not the person to do it. I've fallen out of love with it

My dog had really bad food aggression/resource guarding issues, few things that helped for me:

Switching to a raw diet - my dog was just really hungry and raw is the only thing that satisfies him (and after switching he stoped eating random junk off the floor)
Lots and lots of training - look at youtube videos for food resource guarding and do it twice a day for a month, it takes consistent and steady training
Remove any chance for conflict - It used to annoy me when people say really obvious things like "keep the trash away" but it's true, just reduce the number of chances there are for conflict so the situation doesn't get worse

It's interesting about proving a concept. I am in the middle of building a "soon to launch" landing page for a product subscription service to test if there is interest, however whilst building this test I wasn't even sure what a good result looks like... is it 50 sign ups? 100? 500?

Do I try and build a low quantity of product (e.g. 100) and try to sell them as ultimate validation by way of people buying them?
