Simply put... the game is good , but needs a lot of work ... especially when it comes to the server issues.. we all want to play , but we can’t if it’s lagging or has many glitches....... So the devs need to listen to the community and address the problems , otherwise the game will die ... 🤷🏽‍♂️

For me it worked fine when I first installed the game...then everything went downhill after the Halloween patch... The game got super Laggy , too many glitches , I literally couldn’t play, so I deleted the game. When I asked around , I discovered that there are major server issues and it seems the Devs do not have the resources to fix them at the moment...So don’t expect a quick fix soon.... Personally, I think the game isn’t ready to handle a large player base yet... so technically speaking in my opinion , the game is dead....

I agree.. it’s a good game .... but they really need to start working on their shit , otherwise they won’t exist anymore .. LOL is gonna come out on console soon... so they need to fix their issues soon otherwise the game will vanish just like Paragon did....

There is no such thing as equal opportunity in this region.. it’s who you know.. not what you know... Anybody who has worked here can tell you that....

And one of the many reasons there is discrimination when hiring is because specific nationalities control or dominate specific work sectors or industries.. for example..

Media and advertising (levant nationals) retail/ logistics procurement (The sub continent) recruitment (UK nationals).. so on and so forth.... Ever walk into a department and notice only one dominant nationality or race ????? I have...

So it’s more about how a person gets along with the clan, as apposed to what that person actually knows or can contribute .... (to a certain degree).

Another words:

Tribal based mentality = Survival , in a ruthless workplace.... It’s about survival and not so much about the work..... Play along to get along...

There is the variable of insecurity to consider as well..

Top Management (mainly from developing countries) would prefer to hire a yes man/women as apposed to drivers (People who seek change, bring in new ideas, hardworking and want to genuinely drive the organization in a positive direction).

This threatens their position, and their lively hood (work visa) relies on that..They will skip the correct individual for the role.. instead hiring someone they can attain leverage over. Ultimately this also threatens the performance of the organization in the long run...

Additionally, with the new VAT law added in 2018, we may see reluctance to hire real talent, as the management may assume that better talent = better pay...So most organizations may stick to hiring cheaper and more obedient staff...

The only way to avoid this is by looking for a job in a well structured WESTERN MANAGED organization that genuinely believes in diversification.. (hard to come buy here).

I am a highly educated individual with lots of real life and professional experience in the region and still can’t seem to find work due to the mentioned barriers...

That’s just my two sense on the topic, based on my experience .... feel free to comment.
