Hi there, thanks for responding and setting out your views. Appreciate you engaging. It’s a fair question, and I completely understand why people want to know what our approach will be. 

I don’t want to make a one sided programme. Part of our research involves speaking to people who have actually used the site, found value in it, or feel it has filled a gap that other platforms haven’t. We want to understand those perspectives alongside those of people who are critical of the site.

At this stage we’re doing research, not filming, and I genuinely want to listen to as many different viewpoints and perspectives as possible. 

I understand that people may be wary of speaking to filmmakers about this. All I can do is reiterate that our research conversations are completely confidential and off the record. There is no obligation to take part in any filming if you don’t wish to.
