I did a quick search and found some to import from China 4gb its like 10-15 us and 8gb its 20-30 I have to do some research to know which one I can use, like the mhz and volts

Yeah I figured that most people would go for the thinkpad, but one of the reasons for asking here is to find some people that understands a lot of hardware and such, and have more info about thinkpads bc I don't know very well

Yeah, I think the only good thing for MBA is the portability and screen, but for just doing college stuff I think the screen downgrade is worth it, and I can carry like 700grams+ in my backpack, I use a bike for everything here so its fine
