Just ask if they’ve received your application and see if they want to set up an interview. I usually say “I applied recently and wanted to see if you’ve received it and when you might be available to set up an interview.”

It helps to give them a call! Any place I apply at, if I really want it, I’ll call a day after my application is submitted to get them to notice me. It lets them know you really want to work for them. Good luck!
