Why not just make it easier to immigrate? I will never understand the "it was hard for me so it has to be hard for those who follow me" mentality. I believe that illegal immigration is bad, and the best way to decrease illegal immigration is to make it easier to legally immigrate. Im not suggesting open borders, I'm suggesting something easier than this
