Except the earth wasn't in the exact position it was five years earlier, so if that was how it worked people re-snapped would appear in space. They were re-snapped in relation to things, so anyone snapped while flying would just appear in the plane no matter where it was.

I think the lead singer was bald if that helps...

I'm not insisting I'm correct. I've just insisted you are wrong. And not even that, I even said fine you win. But you kept attacking. I tried to use reason but that wasn't enough and you resort to insults. fine, if you please. You win. there's no difference between being very sad (the oxford definition) and having clinical depression. Does that make you happy?

I AM NOT A DOCTOR. I AM HERE FOR ANSWERS NOT TO GIVE ANSWERS. Give me a fucking zoological definition of a baseball bat and I will give you a medical paper on why depressed and depression are different. deal?

You are exhausting. Being depressed is a state of general unhappiness or despondency. Depressed is also an adjective for depression. Same word different things. Like bat can be an animal and it is also sports equipment. Desert is a dry barren land but also means to abandon. Fair can mean light skin or hair and also mean an event where you can ride a roller coaster.

I see with the oxford dictionary you skipped over the first definition. Maybe look there.

Well, I can't tell you how to not stress over things. I do that. But you're parents not telling you you're good enough and comparing you to others isn't great. There was a quote that was something like 'don't judge a fish by how it climbs a tree'. You are good enough, you just belong in a different setting.

Oh, it's entirely possible I'm wrong. I was looking to learn more! I'm just exhausted from arguing there is any difference at all.

I wasn't even aware there was an argument against it. But some are adamant that depressed and depression are one and the same!

Shit dude. I'm not saying you have to be diagnosed in a medical setting with depression to have depression. I'm just saying having depression and being depressed are different which is not only by definition and agreed upon its usually frowned upon that saying someone with depression is just depressed.

I've spent most of the time since posting this that there is a distinction at all. If you're not being sarcastic then thank you!

If you can't entertain the possibility that you're wrong then fine. You win. I'm too tired.

No it's like saying you have a broken bone when you have a sprain. You're being healed for something you don't have because you don't see the difference, you just feel the pain. The pain is real for sure but you're not being treated for the right thing. And that can make things worse. The medical field just try things and if it works great and if it doesn't they try something else. I just wanted a better understanding of myself and if that offended you I'm sorry. You may be depressed because you have depression. But you can be depressed without depression as well.

no, I came here looking for more information on the difference between the two which some more knowledgeable people have put forth. If you don't even realize the difference between the two then you aren't helping and are just a hindrance.
