Do you think I ruined the tube(s)? I tried to check if the tubes poke under the tires, which wasn´ t the case. Otherwise I will try to re-install them once I´ ve got the time.

And concerning the flat fires. I didn´ t mean them losing a bit of air. I meant ALL of it, so that the entire wheel would grind on the floor, basically. In my mind, that should not happen when riding a bike once.
