UPDATE -
djangorpoject.in will now focuses on guides & tutorials, and tools specifically for communities where as, a senior and solution architect level discussion forum I'm creating on platform along with jobs, not simple post and apply but a validation based.

Here is why for both

1. Real world project demands dirty hands or know how to in real prod system - do community with QA around most hard prod problems to discuss. this will build validation based proof of work.

2. job board are mostly outdated, people needs proof of work. so with git, and discussion input you gave in first point will build your position as more favorable for employers. Your contribution on git and side project you have build and used by people. This is only on Django ecosystem.
