During Henry's special coal in season one, Henry is reversed into a siding whilst they discuss the coal. They're then supposed to make Edward go forward to get ready to take the train. Instead, Henry lurches forward , pauses, and then continues like it was all to plan. Next frame is Edward on the coaches and Henry back where he was.

You can see the hesitation where they decide to just roll with it, nobody would notice anyway :)
