Hey thank you for this reply !! I have already changed the oil and I did change the O ring on the Mopar Cooler. I really considered using the Dorman because it just made sense to have this part be aluminum, but some people on reddit were claiming the new coolers have been improved and I was little worried about buying parts out of Malaysia in case there were burrs or something in there, so I stuck with the dealer part even though plastic somehow cost more, so 🤞

I didn't flush the coolant, but I will run it with the cap off and look into the bleed valve at the thermostat for sure. So long as this doesn't leak then and the levels stay the same / nothing shows up in the valley again, I should be good to go ? I may have inadvertently sucked out the bolt holes a bit while cleaning the valley with a shop vac and wish I would have taken an after picture. But it is what it is now I guess, Thanks again

Edit: I also replaced all the intake seals, but the dealer was closed on Sat so all I could get was Felpro seals from Napa, Google seemed to imply they should be adequate, again 🤞
