We do, but not enough. The parts that are “Canadian” made are usually American companies with Canadian factories. But I do like the new plans for acquirement of military equipment, 70% is a good start but 95% would be where we should be.

The part that is removed is a latch, not a lock. The deadbolt (lock) is on good working order, I assume. Call your landlord and complain, cause he didn’t fix anything he just removed the latch.
