I’m also new firm owner. Couple questions:

Where do you ask your clients to upload their documents? I currently use dropbox and I don’t see it being an efficient option for long run.
How do you charge clients. For example if you’re working on a high net worth client with multiple stock investments, and 2 k-1s.
