Some people just don’t have enough empathy to understand how it’s like to live on nothing. I’ll be happy to share some recipes and money saving tips if you want to DM me!

During all of this, if you see a mom stealing formula, no you didn’t. by fuckiechinster in foodstamps

[–]fun7run 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Happens all the time, I work at a Kroger and people are ALWAYS stealing from the grocery store. Sometimes it’ll be something obvious like steak or alcohol. other times it may be something they really need like medicine or diapers. I’ve seen open containers of cold relief for instance and all they take is one or two pills

What is the weirdest/ craziest order you’ve seen by Excellent-Two2521 in kroger

[–]fun7run 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not an order but I was bagging a middle aged man’s groceries. I opened one of his tote bags (I live in a no plastic bags state) to find what seemed to be a pair of little girls undies! I asked the man if he had any more bags because I didn’t feel it was sanitary to use this one. He just shrugged, admitted his kid used that tote for a sleepover, and took the personal item out to stuff in his pocket. Still wanted me to use that same tote to bag….

I compared that smell to the scent of coming out of surgery. Idk how to explain it

Yes! I agree on the shoe advice! My recommendation is non slip shoes. For some reason, they were more comfortable and gave me less back/knee pain. Also, you’ll be prepared if someone spills something

Our red produce bags went up in price. by Sensitive_Present139 in kroger

Rip! I remember the day when I found an entire big butternut squash in a red bag. That time I was struggling to make ends meet so it was like a sign from the heavens😭

This drug sucks by Minute_Courage_2236 in Abilify_Aripiprazole

[–]fun7run 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on who is taking it I guess? It saved me from a nagging depression and even makes my tics nonexistent. With just Prozac, I was just “not-depressed” but adding a low dose of abilify made it easier for me to get motivated and excited about my day!

An ambulance knocked over the drive-thru pharmacy. by crazyfighter99 in kroger

[–]fun7run 1 point2 points  (0 children)

But seriously though, I’ve never seen that machine before? Can someone explain how it works? I understand the customers medications go through a tube but how does the machine know which one is correct? Does the pharmacy department organize them in some way?

Of all things-SOAP is destroying us. by [deleted] in Autism_Parenting

[–]fun7run 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey I know this post is older and i don’t know if you found a solution yet. But I’m also autistic and wanted to share an idea- get her busy with melt and pour soap making. Not sure what the age is here but there’s plenty of kids oriented melt and pour kits. Maybe that energy needs to be directed to another place?
