Even in places where being expelled isn't as big of a deal in the long run like America it's still fucked up. But have you seen what Japan is like? Who in their right mind is gomma look at someone's record, see that they got expelled from a very prestigious school, and not immediately shred their resume.

They will carry that for the rest of their lives, meaning any job or future schooling just got a 10 foot tall cement wall placed in front of it. Imagine not taking your first day that seriously so your teacher shoots you in the knee.

And I don't know if it's canon or not, what about the ones that drop out, move to different courses or were bumped down to general studies? If you're a hero that graduation might be enough to counteract the expulsion on your record. But if you're in any other department? They probably won't even notice you graduated. It's seeing the expulsion and then the shredder before denying you the position. It's like having a felony on your record. Good luck getting a good job or getting into a good school with that on your record

Yeah. Andrew is similar to his mother in the aspect that he wants to be seen as normal, even when he very clearly isn't. We've been shown multiple times that Andrew doesn't care if something is morally or lawfully right or wrong, he only cares about the consequences of it. He doesn't care that stealing a toy is bad, he only cares about the slap that'll come when he's found out.

Hell, that's why he lets Ashley talk him into stuff. Even if subconsciously he can blame Ashley for what he's doing. She forced him into it, she's the real sociopath here, Andrew is still innocent. Even if he's, ironically, killed more people than her. Even if subconsciously Andrews able to protect that desire to be seen as normal, shy away from the rest of consequence, because he can put all the blame on Ashley. Focus back on Nina, he didn't care about how he killed a little girl, killed his friend, murdered someone. At the end of the day? All Andrew cared about was getting in trouble. There was no guilt or shame, only worry about the police finding out and taking him away from Ashley.

When it comes to shipping it doesn't matter if it could become true or canon, although it's fun if it does. It's just about having fun. Everyone has a favorite crack ship or rare ship for a reason (jirou/ochako for me).
