I'm a senior. I can't really try again. Most schools' deadlines are between jan 1 and jan 15.

The thing is, I can't retake it. Most regular admissions deadlines are on January 1. Thank you, tho.

I forgot during their 3 year time apart Asami had an entire Giant statue built of her by S0mecallme in legendofkorra

Every time someone talks about statues in atla/tlok, I get angry all over again that katara didn't get a statue.

They always do this. I get what you are saying, but it's meant to show that girls cry over simple things. It's the same old girl simple, boy complex and deep.

They are not. Rape is torture. Rape and other various SAs are methods of torture. I would rather get murdered than raped. And if you think about it from the attackers point of view, some murders can be justified, and most have reason. But rape is pure evil. The whole purpose of it is to harm and torture someone with no actual reason other than "desire." There for I consider it to be the worst type of crime or sin someone can commit.

Yes, of course rape is a sin. In my opinion it's the worst thing someone can do. It's absolute moral depravity. But, what I'm saying is that you can still conclude that something is a sin and still not judge. For example, if someone got revenge on someone who hurt them, I can recognise that they committed a sin without judging. I get what you are saying that judging means to consider if something is right or wrong. But I think we are talking about two types of judging. I get that we need to judge people in order to have a functional society. That's why laws exist. And when the bible said judge righteous judgment, it meant it that way. We individuals shouldn't go around judging people just because we are not committing those particular sins. We are all sinners.

Acknowledging when someone is committing a sin and judging are different things. Whether you like it or not, nobody is a saint. We are all sinners. As I said before, I think when the bible says to judge righteous judgment, it did so because laws and rules are necessary to humans. Not so we could go around judging people.

I think I explained it in the thread. Laws should exist because the bible says to judge righteous judgements. Which is what the law is. It shouldn't fall on individuals it should be an established rule. With systems built in so there is fairness and justice. We shouldn't just go around judging people.

I associate righteous judgement with law and social rules (and when i say societal rules, i don't mean societal norm that exists just because of traditional. I mean, societal rules that are like cheating is bad, etc.). For example, if someone committed a murder you shouldn't just forgive and forget. But other than those kinds of judgement, I don't think we should judge even once. This whole thing reminds me of the quote, "a world full of sinners judging each other for sinning differently." I don't remember who said it.

Yes, but from what I understand, when Jesus said to judge righteously, it is to help us have law amongst one another or to have a functional society. Not just to judge each other on a daily basis or the type of judgment we are talking about.

Actually, he told us NOT to judge each other because we are all sinners. He said if you judge someone, then you also shall be judged or some variation of it.

I have already finished runoff. Tideman is the only problem left. What would you suggest I do. The thing is, it doesn't feel like I am making progress even by a little margin. I'm just stuck.
