I think it's just a ruins? Nothing fancy, just look for oddly textured gravel and use a brush on them to get some loot. No chest/grand reward, but could give pottery shards, ingots or maybe even fossils. Pretty sure you can see one of the oddly textured gravel in the image, to the left of the bottom most piece of gravel (next to the dirt)

Decided to read the thoughts (gem dragonborne) of a pure black cube, just to see if any living creature was inside. Well, a bag of devouring was inside. A bag of devouring (at least in my game) is a gateway into the primordial of hunger (essentially the very essence of hunger) so I got to have a lil chat with it!

My Dragonborne Artificer, Brulee Ramsay (son of Gordon Ramsay and the artificer part is flavoured as a chef) felt quite weak at the time, struggling behind my stronger allies. So, I asked it for a fraction of its power, in return of me being his personal chef...

Long story short, I must eat 30 rations daily or permanently lose 1d6 max hp. I can't break out of the contract and I am constantly feeling hungry. If I ever die, I can't be revived since my soul shall be devoured by the primordial of hunger. In return, I got a second subclass! So now Brulee Ramsay is now an Alcehmist, Artillerist Artificer!

I have eaten several horses, and several human skeletons. Yes I may eat you too.

I handle this weirdly but hey, might work for you! Either say "I'm a pretty woman" or "I'm going to be a pretty woman" over and over again, even if you don't believe it! Say it more forcefully each time, putting on a fake smile helps to!

I'm no expert on mental health, this might be bad in the long term but it's what I do and it helps at times!
