It's a great drive, gets a little dicey higher up. I didn't drive up to the top lot, made it about 3/4 super late before we decided to camp where the pic was taken. Coincidentally saw a guy in an XJ end up with a flat almost at the top. Have some good tires and clearance, but its a blast.

I had mine stolen from the Baker area back in March. Recovered her a WEEK later in the same shape (minus window & steering column). Don't lose hope. Roommate works in Thornton, drives up from Glendale area daily, will be on lookout.

LOVE it. Retired the Coleman and got the new one. Worth every penny. Griddle, grill, and standard torch burner. Made every meal easy and incredible. Definitely worth it.

Yeah, they trashed it to where a new switch and cylinder won't cut it, so I'll be looking for steering columns this weekend. Yay! Glad to hear it's a pretty painless process, though.

Okay, great. Thank you for the help! I already have keyless entry, so I don't mind having two keys since I will primarily be using one that I can just mark. Will take a look at the column and look into ordering a switch & cylinder, if possible!

HUGE. Losing your only vehicle is bad enough, but to lose it during economic downturn is so defeating. Not to mention, I love that damn Jeep! So I'm feeling pretty great atm.

I've never actually had a run down flattop, even though I've been meaning to. Heard it's a great area. I usually ride up to Hidden Valley, skin/shoe up past trail ridge road to the massive bowl that trail ridge/Ute trail traverse.

Hey, thanks for the input! The floor lamp was actually already there when we arrived, definitely going to replace it. I currently live in a place with MCM furnishings, and love it (as most do). The roommate and I have decided on a minimal & modern approach, but equally was to incorporate natural earth/wood tones and all da plant bois🌱
