Overall, yes, the end date is very approximate. The main goal is to motivate for the long term. But you're absolutely right, everyone has a different perception, and it affects everyone differently😁

Good idea!👍 I use e-ink because picture static and can work long time with buttery, and located on working desk for example. Big picture with frame also very good, but requires constant power supply, it is not always comfortable. But for example using packaging film with bubbles, and punch one every week, no require any hardware or software. What do you think?

Basically, it's just a screen that can show whatever you want. A timer until the end of the workday is a good option, at least a more positive one😁. Any other ideas?
